SHIPPING POLICY

We typically  recommend pick up for orders, if you are able. This is to ensure that your piece is not damaged or treated poorly during shipment. However, for shipping, we package each item according to its needs. Each item is carefully packaged with love. We promise quality and piece of mind while in route, to the best of our ability.

If an item arrives damaged, please take a picture immediately and send it to me. We will try to have shipping company reimburse for damages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We love to do custom orders and welcome them! However, for custom orders, we do no accept returns due to the nature of these orders. 

If an item arrives damaged, due to transit, let us know! We are more than happy to fix it and work with you.
